HALL BOOKING POLICY
This policy explains the terms and conditions for hiring the Hall and the licenses and insurances you might need to obtain depending upon the nature of your event.
HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
Your safety and well being is paramount. This policy provides information on the rules and good practices that you and your guests or catering contractors should follow when using the Hall. It includes important information on First Aid.
CHILD PROTECTION POLICY
All organisations that use the Hall to provide activities or services for children or involve children in their activities must comply with the policy and procedures in this document.
COVID 19
Special conditions for hiring the Hall during the Covid 19 pandemic. These conditions supplement the usual Hall Booking Policy.

FIRE POLICY
This short policy document tells you what to do in the event of a fire. A copy is also on the noticeboard in the Hall.
INTERNET POLICY
The Hall provides free wifi. This policy sets out hirer's responsibilities for safe and appropriate use of the internet.
DATA PROTECTION POLICY
This policy explains when and why we collect personal information about our Committee Members, Employees, Hirers, Donors and Supporters, how we use it and how we keep it secure and your rights in relation to it.
